Terms & Conditions – Flowfeelbyhelena

By booking a service with Flowfeelbyhelena, including massages and Dosha consultations, the client agrees to the following terms:

Health and Medical Information
- The client confirms that they are in good health and have informed the therapist of any relevant medical conditions, injuries, or other health issues.
- Massages are intended for relaxation and/or therapeutic purposes only and do not replace medical advice or treatment.
- Clients with medical conditions should consult a licensed healthcare professional before receiving any massage or implementing any lifestyle/nutrition advice.
Liability
- Flowfeelbyhelena, takes all reasonable care to provide a safe service.
- Flowfeelbyhelena is not liable for any physical or medical complications, injuries, or health issues that may arise during or after a massage.
- For Dosha consultations, lifestyle, or nutrition advice, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes. The client accepts that results may vary and Flowfeelbyhelena is not liable for any undesired or unexpected outcomes.
- Liability for gross negligence or intentional harm cannot be excluded.
Cancellations and changes
- Cancellations or changes must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment will result in full payment being charged.
Booking acceptance
- By making a booking, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Privacy
- The client’s personal information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purposes of Flowfeelbyhelena,
