Yang to Yin Yoga

The day starts with a more dynamic yoga practice, gradually transitioning into a slower, more relaxing Yin session by Helena.

TIme in Nature

After yoga, head out for a walk and take some time to enjoy the surroundings and get some fresh air.

Lunch

You won’t go hungry! Food is a big part of my retreats, and nourishing your body is just as important to me as everything else we share. Expect delicious vegetarian food, made with love and care by Gosia.

Sound Bath

After lunch, unwind with a sound bath, followed by a small snack to close the day.
