What is Ayurveda?
Ayurveda is an ancient holistic health system originating in India over 5,000 years ago. It teaches that wellbeing comes from balance and that balance looks different for everyone.
Through the Tridosha system (Vata, Pitta and Kapha), Ayurveda helps you understand:

Why certain foods, habits or seasons affect you more than others
How to support yourself through simple daily choices

The program may evolve slightly to match the natural pace of the group.
This course focuses on education and does not include personal dosha consultations.

Do I need prior knowledge of Ayurveda?
No. This course is suitable for beginners.
Are the classes live or recorded?
All sessions are taught live online. Recordings will be available afterward (available for 3 months).
Can I join only the yoga classes?
Yes. Yoga classes can be booked separately.
Do I need yoga experience?
No. The practices are gentle and suitable for all levels.
Why is there a break between 11 and 25 March?
There is a short break due to a live Surf & Yoga Retreat (14–21 March).
What is the refund policy?
Because this is a live program with limited spaces, payments are non-refundable.
